The new font looks really weird... is it just me? It's like the thickness of the outline varies in some characters and not only does it look bad but also makes reading more difficult

Other than that I don't mind the colors too much, even if it's a bit too bright. I'd only change the top part of the layout, really. I think the DenDen logo looks kinda ugly in color, especially that shade of blue, and the menu bar could also match the section bars, so I'd turn both those elements black, like so:

Do you not like having anti aliasing on??? The font looks completely fine as long as you have that option switched on.

Check if ClearType is still enabled:
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Adjust ClearType text

Then check your font settings for windows, menu items and dialog boxes:
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Window Color > Advanced appearance settings

Also I kind of agree, I rather like the top bar and the logo to be black instead.

I messed with the cleartype settings and it appears fine now, thanks for the tip. It never seemed to be an issue before

And btw, you designed the DD logo right? I just wanted to make clear that I really like it, but yeah... it looks way better in black imo. It doesn't help that I don't like the shade of blue it's in right now

it's just a character that can't be displayed properly. I see a "," in mine, but most likely than anything dennis probably just typoed something at the end :P

In Firefox I see "..." but as one caracther, this: "…"

I can't read this fucking font! One line is OK, but when people write loads it's just impossible.

I use Opera and see the bad character, and these is because the html is probably using a different character set that doesn't have that particular character code, we use utf-8 in class when we are coding html to avoid these kind of problems

^ that's exactly what it is.

Its like when a client gives you content text in a word doc and you copy and paste it into your HTML program, you usually have to replace Word's apostrophes and commas with new ones or they show up like that question mark on the front-end, depending on your browser.

Its probably just a tiny copy and paste problem, where the comma is bad.

I don't mind the font, I quite like it. But the blue header is raping my eyes and I hate that you can't tell the posts apart since they all have the same background
