Where can I find this nail polish!

I've been seeing it ALL OVER Tumblr, but I have no idea where to get it, or if it's even polish. It looks like it's some kind of adhesive or something... Needless to say, I want some. haha

I'm pretty sure it's an adesive because, however good you are, there's always streaks in metalic polish.

While on the subjecy, I just fell in love with a polish too that has just been brought back in stock after months, only to find out they charge as much for shipping than for the polish, I won't pay 36$ for a nailpolish *sigh*

they look like the new adhesives a brand is minx nails. Pricey but good quality and lasting.
