Hair help! Need some styling ideas

I'm trying to grow my hair back to when it was like that


I have a long way to go since it's like this at the moment


The things is, this lenght I have now it just annoying me, it's too "short" and it gets in my face because it's not long enough to stay behiend my shoulder. Last summer I cut it cause I was so annoyed but I don't want to do it this time. I'd need some casual "up-do" ideas besides the ponytail (can't do tresses yet, too short)

When I want to do something different with my hair, I usually turn to her tutorials. She's amazing. TONS of ideas and most of them only take a few minutes to do.

Side note: I love the length and color of your hair in the recent pic. Why do you want to grow it back out? It looks so cute now.

Well maybe not that long, just a little longer so it stays beheind my back when I work and bend the head down a bit. I do want to keep my new color, it's so perfect and hides the gray I didn't had as much back then. I'll check the video later when I get home.
