All Saints
Re: ..::All Saints::..
It could be the song was never completed but they needed a B-Side so used that, even though it didn't have Shaznay's vocals? Or it was going to be like a solo song. There's a few tracks they've done throughout their career where one of them isn't featured etc.

Probably I didn't pay many attention when I was listening to it. So I didn't realized that Shaznay doesn't sing on it. The only thing I've noticed is about Mel singing on it
I like "No More Lies" as well (it's in Under The Bridge/Lady Marmelade CD1

Speaking of their B-Sides I always loved the live version of Always Something There To Remind Me on War Of Nerves.

Actually that song is my favourite EVER. I LOVE it! I bought War Of Nerves CD single only for that song!

Same here! God bless Natalie Appleton for that.
Back in 1998 I never knew it's a cover by the way. But I bought mine because of beautiful photo on the cd, they had great cover from the ALL SAINTS album. Perhaps 'War of Nerves' colour cover is still the best to me -)

War of Nerves (CD2 espesh) is one of my the best single covers of all time. Nic and Nat's ponytails were just GORGEOUS. Loved the font, loved the grunge back alley feel to it. Just loved it all. As a kid I remember always loving Nicole the most so I always just thought (god knows why) that it was Nic on lead on ASTTRM and when I fibnally saw the video I was CRUSHED to realize it was all a lie.

I'm glad Shaznay is still song-writing.
'Black Heart' by Stooche was written by her and did really well for them in the charts.

Wow, it was? Now I love it even more. Shaz is an amazing songwriter. It's really sad she has to write songs for other people. I'd kill for another album by her but of course that's not going to happen

She is a talented song-writer. I guess her voice just puts people off? It's more bearable in All Saints as you have the other girls vocals too but her voice solo can grate a bit if you're not into it.

Yeah, it was fab. I used to try and look at all the Nicoles at the end and see if they were doing the same thing or if they just filmed her over and over . It confused me as a child

I found out about the US video years later. And couldn't believe how boring it is.
This is not a video that should introduce an artist to a new audience. It was a big waste. Especially for such a great song.

I don't know why they re-shoot videos most of the time as hardly ever are they any better than the originals.

I liked the UK version better yes the US version did seem boring.
Normally the US versions are always better example missteeq one knight stand video US version video is much better and even leona lewis first single video US version is better than the UK version.

They should of mixed the scenes together like keep the UK version but then add some clips of them four together from the US video.
Does anyone know did i know where its at came out in the US and if so what number did it go in the charts?

IDK if it had a physical single or not or if it charted but I remember hearing it on the radio a lot around the time they had Never Ever out over here.

I think they should get back together or do like a reunion tour with their hits they may be better with two new songs or something.

They put alot of soul and effort into their last album and it flopped. No wonder they are discouraged to continue. So sad
It's not that serious

Thats why they are better off with a reunion hits tour with probably two new tracks.
Plus they didn't get much promo in 2006/2007
Also i remember that interview girls aloud seemed threatened they were returning thats why some of them was proper bitter about all saints.
Do all saints member's have twitters?

I LOVED Black Coffee and Pure Shores man most favourite songs of mine, I loved I Know Where It's At but I played it too much so now I'm sick of it... I never really liked Never Ever TBH it never captured me...
I agree that there wasn't much promotion, I think had they went on tour as soon as Rock Steady or the album came out it might of been more successful but they performed at like 2 festivals as gigs and a few performances of Rock Steady and that didn't do it, I don't think they tried enough IMHO.
