Sugar free chocolate DOES lead to long hours in the bathroom! :p I speak from personal experience. haha

I don't mind organic chocolate, but sometimes it can be a bit dry.

I biked yesterday morning at like 4:45am (because I had so much on my mind), and I was going like 10mph and I only made it a 1.5 miles before I had an asthma attack. I should probably talk to my doctor about getting an inhaler.

i definitely recommend doing that. i have asthma too, and i cannot make it through a workout without one. even if that's the only time you use it, it's so worth it.

I've had both Qvar (spelling?) and Advair (not at once, obviously lol), but was never given a refill on them because my doctor deemed it as allergy induced. However, he did say that if I lost weight the wheezing would lessen. But I don't wheeze as bad if I'm doing low impact exercises. I must've just over exerted myself or something. :-/ lol

^oh i see... well i was diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma when i was like, 11, hahah but i sneeze and i get an attack :( i'm on albuterol, it is amazing. biking is lame anyway, i recently discovered the elliptical is where it's at :) have you ever tried it? i remember there were a few posts about how they are scary and lots of people thought they would be too klutzy and fall off, lol, but it's really not that bad.

I love biking. :p

I've tried the elliptical once and it made my knees hyper extend, so I must've been doing something wrong.

I walked for an hour yesterday and burned almost 800 calories. :Dizzy: Then I ended up having spasms in my left knee every time I put pressure on it. I think I may have overdone it. But I'm proud of myself for going longer than normal.

I think I'm gonna save my money and pay for a years' worth of yoga classes (they're like $10 a pop or something like that). I need to do something about my back. :( It keeps on going out over the littlest things!

Well, even if with all the weight loss (70lbs so far, hurrah), I seriously think I have full blown diabetes. It's genetics. I hate it.

Lately I've been feeling crappy; dizzy, sick, sores not healing on my scalp (which I thought was from a conditioner I was using, but switched and it didn't get any worse). I shake really bad, and it affects my moods. Isn't that weird? I become kind of grouchy.

I'm going to call my doctor this morning (unless I get to sleep) and see about getting into him. :( I'm so sad about this.

maybe some of your pills need adjusting. if they are prescribed according to weight, then maybe they are too strong for you now?

None of these pills cause diabetes, though. If you're talking about my bipolar/seizure meds. Those aren't prescribed according to weight.

And I'm not on any meds for diabetes. I just watch what I eat.

And as for my doctor's appointment, the quickest they could get me in was the 12th of April. NOT HAPPY.

Now that my weight is dropping my periods are becoming more frequent. I guess that's a good sign. My doctor wanted to do Depo to "clean" me out (so to speak). Looks like I can avoid that. YAY.

Aww, I understand. Dang, I don't think I have any great advice on how to find it again, unless maybe thinking about why you're doing what you're doing.

I think it was the weather, to be honest. That and PMS. Which I am over. It's much nicer out (in terms of temperature) and I can go for walks now. :P

But yeah, I tend to get pretty depressed and weepy, and VERY unmotivated around the time of my period.

Just think, if it's 3 weeks to break a habit you're a third of the way there!
