Yeah, it's the same photographer, Ellen Von Unwerth. Her extensions look nicer in this shoot than any time in 2004-2006, imo. I hated when she had blonde highlights.

oh i see, i was right then hehe! yeah i do prefer when her whole hair is dark brown
blonde highlights over brown hair can look very chavvy

But they have put them down as "Cutler & Gross" i guess its pretty much the same thing.
