Everything that is put on there is from her even if she probably doesn't physically type it herself, she would never allow someone to write what they wanted on her account....also the humor is all her.

^ I think some of the basic announcements may not be straight from her, as that's not needed if it's purely a date&time etc. being mentioned. But I can imagine her dictating some of the other tweets too, but like really word for word, like you probably meant too.
