Sah wrote:^ Lol stop your horses, she just spent only 1 day in the role, i dont think there will be any honors from the Queen for her. And this is not about that anyway, she needs to put the hard work in. Being made an ambassador is a lifetime role, there is a lot of hard work, and traveling ahead of her before she is even remotely taken seriously in this position. Even she said she has so much to learn.

But if there is anyone determined & disciplined to do it, its her. I really hope she has her heart in this. Today she spent all day with prominent people learning, i bet its all daunting. Meeting First Ladies, and prominent political figures is not the same as being around Fashion folk, even the nasty one!

I agree with this, but David got an OBE for playing football....and Olympic athletes got honored for doing well at a tournament that they had spent every day (full-time) for at least 5 years preparing for! VB has created over 100 jobs, promotes the UK and is now all about world peace lol! Judging by the existing critea, I think she deserves to be honored (even though I'm biased!).

Lol, that picture of her speaking passionately at the UN could easily have been a still from Spice World the Movie.

True, i agree with every word, and second all your points. But i think that its different for her, she is still immensely disliked by British public & media, despite her success, and all achievements, its still the same. David is the one who can do no wrong. (promoting whiskey or leaving his kids in the car on their own, with no major fall outs!) Surely we can agree on that, i love her, and its unfair, but its how it is. I don't expect any honors for her (as if anyone would campaign, and put her name forward ), and its fine, she should keep working on what makes her happy and success will follow to silence, even further, those naysayers! imho

That's a really cute outfit!

And on the honors thing, I have no doubt that she'll get it even though the system is clearly biased/ puzzles me. for example that opera singer lol

OMG, I would be terrified.

On a completely shallow note, good thing she wore something understated and tied up her hair.

The only way is up for VB at this point isn't it? If she keeps this up she'll be made a dame in her own right.

so so proud of her!
You know you'll never be lonely,
No, you'll always be loved,
And maybe, you never need more than that.
But for the surplus that loves,
What's to become of us?
Does it even register on your conscience?

I love the one of her spray painting the wall. It's awesome that she is so onboard with this project.
