She is in Ethiopia with UNAIDS Director, he tweeted this, and a photo of them at the airport:

So pleased to be w/@UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador @victoriabeckham in #Ethiopia showcasing its model #HIV response

And in the hospital, i would post the photos, but they come out SUPER small to me, maybe my computer is acting up! Anyone else seeing super tiny, bad quality photo?

^ Thanks for posting, this looks like a more "serious" trip for her, it must be scary meeting some of those offical figures.

Few more shots of her at various organizations:

^ Yes there is a documentary, its about the work UNAIDS does, not about her though, she will just be a small part of it for this trip.

^ No idea when it comes out, just read that tidbit on Twitter by someone who is working on it. Also one doctor Tweeted that she was sweet, warm, and had perfect manners, and everyone loved her. That is nice to hear.

I love that she is doing UN work. It's really great that she's doing it, albeit ironic considering the excess of the industry she is in. Using her fame to lend a voice.

As a sidenote, girl needs to smile. She looks like she's having an absolutely dreadful time.

Great short film about her visit to Ethiopia. Such amazing people, and country battling AIDS/HIV head on. Love that it was more focused on the work that UNAIDS does, and it wasn't just about her.

^Thank you for posting, it makes the whole experience real. It is so bizarre how little exposure these trips get, compared to her other ventures. The public image she has created over the years kind of stops the tabloids properly handling these trips with the attention they give Angie for instance. It is not her fault, it-s like people are unable to look at her and see who she has become and achieved, it-s mind blowing. With people I mean the general public, obviously.
