Geri performs and only one really bad quality recording surfaces. Good enough to show the new single is amazing but bad enough to listen to it without your ears bleding. She never releases the single or the album and in 5 years we will still be asking her to release the fucking "Phenomenal Woman" song. :P

I don't know who you're adressing as you only quoted yourself, but just because BCCare confirmed Geri will perform a song called "Phenomenal Woman" doesn't mean that this song will ever become a single. It might just be a new song that happens to fit the spirit of an event supporting breast cancer care and awareness (i.e. a song celebrating womanhood, which from the title alone you can imagine that to be the case) so she decided to perform it just for the occasion.

For example, back when the Haiti earthquake occured there was a televised support concert where Christina Aguilera sang "Lift Me Up" from her then unreleased album Bionic. She sang that song because the message was fitting for the occasion but she never released it as a single or performed it again. So this might also be the case for "Phenomenal Woman". Or maybe it will become a single, but we'll only know for sure when Geri herself or someone from her management confirms it, not some random article with no sources. That was my only point - that people shouldn't get their hopes up about this song being her comeback single when we don't know anything for sure at this point

Well she performed So I Give Up On Love at G.A.Y before Passion was released. I have a huntch that whatever new material she does perform she will probably release as a single since she hasn't released any solo music since 05 (well the Ugenia Lavender song) :-x

Also she is barely on Twitter an really never makes any career anouncements so I doubt she would be checking everyones tweets. She follows 10 ppl lol.

I think she is extremely careful with what she is doing...I mean she gives a full value to the fact that music industry has changed lots since she was big!! She would have cut an album earlier if it had been that easy these days...on the other hand she is tasting waters,,,,but in my opinion Geri doesn't have any support from promoters in this business...am afraid her album will end up as well as Melanie C's Stages!!! Am hoping for the best!
