Larry King?? My god who is her PR person? They're doing a fantastic job!

David Lim. He's also posting lots of Geri updates and things on Twitter. He's doing a great job, he seems so enthusiastic about her :)

Errr I wouldn't go that far. TBH it's a bit of a mess of a PR campaign. A bit more polish, finesse would have been great for someone like Geri who has a high profile name. Larry King is a reputable anchor, but it's not a booking on CNN's Larry King Live...he retired from that gig years ago. Still a pretty major booking nonetheless though.

If one thing has been right about this release it is the promo for it. TV interview, GAY gig, radio 2 premier, one show performance, lots of print interviews. She has got more slots than I thought she would.

Well, I really don't know about what's hot in the UK, but from here it all looks pretty good. She's been having some good amount of presence, and both Geri and David are active on Twitter. It's much more than I was expecting already. She's even done an instagram live, which I loved.

Amazing! Lovely picture! How and where did you get to meet her? Was that in front of her home?

I don't understand why she didn't include bsides on the release. They were always a huge part of her releases and since she already shelved man on the mountain, she could include a couple of songs and the extended video version too.

B Sides haven't been much of a thing since physical formats became less common. It's quite rare for a digital release to include a B Side.

Plus if she had included b-sides people might have thought she was using George and the charity single to expose her proper new solo music.

Not to mention that a possible scenario where the b-side would sell more than the single itself would be a bit awkward.

I don't buy singles anymore. Just albums and never follow a single release unless it has great remixes so I'm kinda lost in that.

But arent both the above statements true to a certain degree Javi?

Wouldn't a cover of Freedom be nice as a beside or maybe getting bunch of other people to collaborate on a GM song to do as a tribute?

I have to be really honest here - the song is not good, no emotions whatsoever. Her stage presence is awkward as fuck, she just lacks everything she represented before.
