yeah back in the day (this was around 2001-2002, I ran a site called Girls on Film, and uploaded over 400+ original caps of performances, interviews, anything and everything from my tape collection. It was shit quality, but I was on dial-up, or maybe early DSL, and uploading MPEG's would have taken hours. the real media files often took an hour or so.

I remember that site! I used to love it, but it was extremely frustrating for me to download videos back then, it used to take me about 2 or 3 hours to download a 30MB file :whistle:
