Poland was able to beat Portugal 2-0 in eliminations so I think that we have a chance to go through group stage. England supports us too because they want Croatia to lose.

oh did he? thats nice but it really isnt his fault... did you know that both "BILD" newspaper and the ones from poland that published that shit are part of the springer publishing group? german writers have set it up, translate it to polish and send it to the polish newspapers? thats what i read in our local newspaper today (very reliable).

Honestly, I don't know. I think that because of our countries history most Polish people don't like German national team and of course that fans are afraid of your team because it's much stronger than ours. I think that all those articles and gossips are used just to hype the atmosphere before the game. That's the way it is but I personally like German team and wish them best during this tournament :) I'm sure that they will be #1 in the group and hope for 2nd place for mu country :$

It would be funny if Podolski and Klose (both Polish-born) scored against Poland. Talk about a slap in the face.

Totally undeserved victory for Croatia. If they hadn't gotten the penalty they never would've scored. They did have most of the play in the beginning of the first half but did nothing but defend in the second half, Austria deserved at least a draw, they were far better. And what a fucking disgrace the Croatian team is, rolling around constantly like a bunch of sad little bitches. Especially Olic, fucking twat acting like he's been shot in the face. :despise:

Very deserved victory for Germany. It was a good game, best one this far in the tournament I think, Germany could very well win this. And what a volley from Podolski, brilliant goal! Very nice of him not to celebrate his goals as well.

 Oh the lawlz.

Germany spanked Poland without even trying, and Croatia struggled against Austria in the 2nd half.

even though its funny that our 2 polish players were involved in both goals - WELL deserved victory for us! :D and after seing austria vs croatia, it would be a downright shame not to come first in our groups with 3 victories!

Germany did well today but I was surprised that Poland couldn't capitalize on their chances. Poland deserved at least a goal. Croatia could have done better. I believe that they underestimated Austria.

Germany deserved to win and I'm glad they did as I was supporting them, but Poland had a few chances too. Anyway I think German will win this group very easily!

is it okay for you that just ONE polish-born player scored twice?

did anyone notice that the first goal was offside? i also think that poland would have deserved a goal, they were very good. the whole game was very exciting to watch and quite fast. the last germany games have been very boring! i am very happy about the victory! woohoo

poldi is one of the dumbest player in the world but at least he knew he shouldnt celebrate this too much! ;)

What a match !!!!!!!!

Together with a lot of mates we watched the Germany against Poland game at a bar.
In my opinion it was the best game in the championship so far.
Poland was more than once on the verge of making a scare but thanfully Lehmann could keep them all :-).
