Who is planning on watching the Closing Ceremony, starts in a little under an hour, should be spectacular i think...wonder if there is going to be anymore secret lipsyncing kids?

anyways, David Beckham is in it so that should be good...anyword if VB is over there to?

I almost cried when I saw the greek flag and the greek national anthem sound once again at Beijing...Made me feel so proud for my country for creating the Olympic Games and the Olympic spirit so many thousands of years ago...

It's a Led Zeppelin classic. "Whole lotta love".An amazing classic song.I was soo touched when they showed London 2012 part...I thought it was fantastic.From the West End actors and the ballet dancers of The Roal Academy till watching the amazing cover Leona did with Jimmy Page of this super song!I expect big things from London 2012.

David Beckham was okay,I think they used him just to put one of the most recognised british celebrities of the world on the bus and the the fact that he is an athlete helped.But he didn't do much anyway...

Btw,did u watch the chinese pop singers at the last part?They have some hot asian male singers there...I think I am already a fan

I like the hand-over part especially the double-decker bus, that's very London! Why didn't they use one with Union Jack painted on it?

Leona is a very lucky girl to be part of this meaningful moment, she's done alot so early in her career. I wonder who would best represent England if this happened 10 years ago? :grin:

ceremony was spectacular. Like David's part )) Was disgusted by norwegian commentators, they saw Leona Lewis and said something like:Who is that lovely lady I wonder?.. Lke come on, she was on the line up for ages! couldn't you read the script??

I understand those Norwegian commentators, i don't know how big Leona is in Norway, but here in Finland she is not so big star.

and i got so excited seeing David Beckham...

i was seriously staring at the bus when it came out to see if it had a union jack on it, so disappointed, i had my finger on the record button just in case of the off chance a spice girl came out lol
