Favourite mascara?

Postby Patricia » 21 Oct 2009, 18:28

I'm currently using the new TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara by Estee Lauder and loving it, it vibrates and kinda tingles my lashes when i use it

very expensive though :(

p.s. so happy to inaugurate this forum :$

URGH! You beat me to it!!!!!!!!!! I was coming to post the first topic! LOL! :p

I love the Cover Girl Lash Blast! Dior Show was my fave... but since it flakes, I went looking for something else. Lash Blast is so amazing-- especially for the price!

I really like L'Oreal panoramique: it clurs my lashes well, doesn't clump or flake. I also like Cover Girl Lash Blast luxe with shimer... but the brush isn't that great. I might try some other mascara on my next Sephora trip.

Does anyone know if you can get Cover Girl Lash Blast in the UK?

I love Benefit bad gal. I have tried diorshow, but for me the Benefit one wins hands down.

I do not like the brush on lash blast. I'm going back to Diorshow when this tube is used up...which is probably never going to happen since I never wear make up anymore.

I'll just get Diorshow when the lash blast expires or I have the baby or whatever.

I know! I don't like the brush on Lash Blast, but even with that odd brush, I still like it the same as Dior Show. The formulation doesn't clump or flake, and it just does an overall great job for a great price!

Oh and if your 4 year old bumps your hand while you are applying it the mascara comes right off your skin without streaking!

Max Factor Masterpiece, Benefit Bad Gal, Dior Show and Rimmel Sexy Curves. I also really used to like No.7's Lash Extensions mascara, although I think they've discontinued that one :hmm: annoying!

I don't know, and I might get the wrong words, especially when explaining to people with much more knowledge than me! My eyelashes seem more seperated and longer and fuller when I use the Badgal than dior show.

It didn't gave my lashes the volume I want to have.

I definitely recommend YSL false lash effect, it's great. It's about 20pounds ( I have no pound sign on my laptop ???! )

I wanna try the covergirl one, apparently you can get it here but I haven't been able to find it.

I might try the Benefit one. I'm currently using max factor false lash effect.. it makes my lashes fuller and doesn't clump.

I've been using Dior Show lately. When I'm on a budget I like Colossal Volum' Express by Maybelline. I'd like to try Lash Blast, though, since I've heard a lot of good things about it.

Re: Favourite mascara?

I realised today when I applied some make up for Picture Day that I haven't replaced my expired mascara yet. D'oh! I already have long lashes that make up artists always comment on. Which mascara would be best for me? Do I just need a simple one? I don't like overdoing it, especially since all my other make up is subtle and natural looking (and probably applied wrong).
