The Cranberries
The Cranberries will release their 6th studio album, 'Roses', on San Valentine's day!
17 song titles have been confirmed, and eventhough the band have announced not all of them will make it on the album, they've said all of them will be released one way or another.
They also said an EP might be released before the album comes out, so maybe that's where the tracks that won't be included in the album will be released.
Here's the titles to those 17 songs:
Astral Projection
Conduct
Eyelash
Fire & Soul
In It Together
Losing My Mind
Perfect World
Raining In My Heart
Roses
Schizophrenic Playboy
Serendipity
Show Me The Way
So Good
Someday
Stop Me
Tomorrow
Waiting In Walthamstow
And these are the three clips they've uploaded so far on their site http://www.cranberries.com/

Tomorrow might be the 1st single eventhough nothing has been confirmed yet

Thoughts? I personally really like 'Tomorrow' and 'Schizophrenic Playboy'. 'Fire & Soul' was just uploaded and on first listen it sounds pretty pointless, but who knows...

Thank God someone replied! LOL! I was starting to think nobody would
That's my favourite as well! Hope the album is good, they're one of my favourite bands ever, hands down.

They are supposed to be uploading 'Show Me The Way' to Youtube and then giving it away for free on their site, but the video was made private and somehow someone managed to get hold of it. So here it is!

^ That's true, she's 40 now and looks almost exactly like 15 years ago! Not convinced that's a good thing, but oh well
Anyway, 'Show Me The Way' can be downloaded (legally) for free here: http://app.topspin.net/store/artist/146 ... 1318961205

Thanks for posting! I had already read/watched everything but I didn't post it since as I'm sure you've noticed I was replying to this thread for no reason at all!
Nice to know there's another The Cranberries fan on DenDen

Well, I ADORE The Cranberries and really like Alanis and Garbage (and the instrumental clips from the new album sound great), but eventhough I do like many songs by No Doubt I can't say they're one of my favourite bands!

Re: The Cranberries - Roses (6th studio album)
This thread is DEAD, but I finally got the album yesterday and I have to say it's not as dull as I maybe thought it would be!
It's not the most exciting album ever, that's true, but as much as the general sound is really mellow some of the songs on it are actually seriously great. If I had to pick my favourites I'd go for 'Conduct', 'Raining In My Heart', 'Show Me' and the amazingly gorgeous and sad 'Roses'. That's most probably going to end up in my Top5 The Cranberries songs ever. I just adore it.

Got the album a week ago and my favs are' Tomorrow', 'Schizophrenic Playboys', 'Waiting In Walthamstow', 'Show Me' & 'Roses'.
I play the album at least once a day. Definitely exceeded my expectations!
Any idea if a 2nd single is planned?

Re: The Cranberries - Roses (6th studio album)
To be honest the only song with single potential on the album is 'Schizophrenic Playboys', although long gone are the days in which they'd come back and be overplayed
They still play their old stuff all the time on Spanish radio, and 'Tomorrow' has been in the Top10 airplay chart in Italy for quite long, but yeah, they're not getting much radio support this time around.
And I'm not sure which one is my favourite album, although I tend to go for 'To The Faithful Departed'. Otherwise I'd go for 'Everybody Else...' myself. Great taste you have!
