ABC's Once Upon a Time

Anyone watching it? Seen the pilot and 2nd episode and so far I'm liking it (well, I'm a sucker for fairy tales). The sfx are a bit cheap sometimes, but I don't care, the story is good and the evil queen is a biatch! Lovin' it! :p

I keep forgetting to watch this, I've seen the previews on tv and a clip of the show the last time I was at the movies. I wanna watch it, I'll probably check ABC.com and watch the first 2 episodes before the next new one on sunday

i love this new darker take on fairy tales and how they intervene (dunno if it's the right word) with each other... but can't see it keep being interesting more than 2 seasons...

I've been watching! The pilot was a little bit of a let down but things were picking up in the second episode.

I think it is really good. it's not awesome but good. I give it 8/10 which is more than what I gave to any new show this year!!!
but its not perfect. I think it could have been so much more. I hope it gets better. second episode was better. :D

I agree, I don't know where they would go with the series after the curse is broken...

But if the make 2 solid seasons, I'm all up for it. But of course, execs want succe$$ or nothing.

I love it so far. I agree I don't see how it can go for more than 2 seasons. But we'll see (:

It is very interesting& love how they are bringing the characters together& all the fairytale to live reliving my childhood while watching and wanting to watch all the movies now! The Evil Queen is really living up to her name though agree!

I've been watching as well! Really enjoying it, so far, obviously. *points to sig* But like others have said, I don't see it lasting long. In fact, I fear it will be like Heroes and the second season will totally tank, if there is a second season.

we started watching this last weekend, watched episode 1 on sunday, then episode 2 on wednesday and then ep 3 just a while ago

I was hesitant at first cause I don't like Jennifer Morrison nor Ginnifer Goodwin, but since there's some kind of relation with the creative team behind LOST, we decided to give it a go and are we pleased we did

I really like the story and the new background of the common fairy tales, the friendship between Evil Queen and Malificent won me over, I found that whole scene hilarious and quite entertaining, can't wait to see the next episode

Just finished watching Episode 4 "The Price of Gold". I don't know who I dislike more, the Mayor/witch or Mr Gold/Rumpelstiltskin.

Now gotta wait two flippin weeks before the next episode airs!

I looked at the ABC website, and the next episode airs after the Thanksgiving holidays here. Yeah I was pretty bummed out too.

I was thinking the same thing about future characters too! :dee:

I think they are/were just friends, like - Hi James, prince of that kingdom! - Hi prince Thomas from that other kingdom! :p
