Surely this is splitting hairs but the Heath Ledger's Joker was hardly 'card joker' like he is in the original batman movie, tv series or comic book.

Also if you look below she does wear cat ears in the more conventional sense

I think part of her mask/goggles flips up over her head (like a hair band) to look like ears. She has them down when she's riding the bat bike... and they act like goggle.s.
