I very much hope you're right :-) She's at least keeping healthy, that's obvious.
Did love the bit of meat on her bones back in '94 a lot better though!!!

stop the bull about "eating healthy"
her eating habits are NOT to be healthy, they are just to stay thin.
that is a BIG difference.

You are right, she wants to stay thin SO she eats super healthy. I don't get what the big deal is. Victoria has this amazing determination about her diet and she gets slammed for it whilst there are millions of obese people and nobody dares to say a word about them. Since when is having a healty livestyle wrong? Since when is staying thin wrong? It's all your ever read about in the media so what is the big deal?

What's wrong with staying thin than? You want her to be obese instead? Staying thin or not, she's fairly healthy. If she wasn't, she wouldn't be able to half the things she does.

Besides, she has got the same body for the last ten years... so she must be doing something right.

Re: Victoria´s Official Facebook Thread
I think as somebody pointed out in a previously related discussion, she's popped out three healthy kids whilst being at this 'dangerously low' weight so she can't be doing anything that unhealthy.

She is a control freak, she probably has the right percentage of every nutrient she needs.

Re: Victoria´s Official Facebook Thread
This is exactly what I mean...sometimes, it feels like people say things here even though in their hearts they know it is not true. She is a mother of 4 kids all carried in her womb for 9 months...so even by what ever standards she must be healthy to do that...scientifically, she wouldn't have been able to do that if she wasn't healthy...so we can say for at least in the past 13 years she has been healthy.
We can argue or say whatever we want about about her size & weight but we can't call her unhealthy...at least not when you are not her doctor (you'll have to know someone medical history to call them that). She might look thin by our standard but but we are all different...I'll say its best not to judge people based on your standards...just live and let live and stop all these value judgements of people we don't really know.

Re: Victoria´s Official Facebook Thread
this whole debate is OTT in my view given that her tag line to the picture was "birthday lunch" and not "this is all I'm eating on my birthday" or even "birthday cake".
Perhaps she had breakfast at home, popped out for an early lunch before having dinner when the kids got back from school?
