THen, we really have a VERY special cd in our hands!!! LASOM is not one of those cds everyone owns!
I don't really care how much it sold, since Mel didn't. I love the album and that's all that matters.

Totally agree!!
And I'm a proud owner of a copy of the album, bought it during its first week!!! I've got a very special and limited edition album in my spice rack, yay!!!! :)

Which on is rarer nowadays? The CD or CD+DVD? I hear the CD only edition was a promo only, but I'm not sure.

She seemed very happy back then and was a contrived media freak! How times change... eh Mel?

I completely forgot about that second week position, lol.

By the way, the total figure was 1,702 on 21st June 2009. 1,509 on 10th December 2006. So she sold 193 copies between those dates, lol!

^Only 193 people bought the album when she was a famous celebrity in the US doing Peepshow, the Eddie Murphy drama, Spice Girls reunion, her reality tv show and basically her most visible (as a celebrity) years since the Spice Girls heydays. So I hardly doubt 300 people bought her album in the last 3 years when she has done nearly nothing but having a baby and lie about a solo album :P

Are you talking about an album never promoted and considered as a "gift" to the fans?
The few sales don't make the album bad. It's a good album. Mel just didn't give a sh**t about the damn promotion.
It's no surprise basically nobody knows about its existence.

Too bad it sold so little. I absolutely love the album. But it was bound to happen, pop fans ignore it. And alternative music type of people not gonna listen to a Spice Girls solo album. Thats the reality of it.

I wonder how many copies of the album she has sold through her website since she had both albums on sale on there didn't she!? I wonder if they are taken into consideration, otherwise it may well have sold over 2,000 copies - I would certainly hope so lol.
