I woulnd't be surprised if they had a similar timing as the Spice Girls with a single + Greatest Hits album being out in November, then a couple of UK gigs in December before Xmas and the rest of the tour in January and/or February with a 2nd single to promote it.

Cheryl's 2nd single from her album will most likely be released in early September so she could release a 3rd one in January before the GA tour and start her own tour in April/May on the back of a 4th single. Either that, or Girls Aloud will end up doing just a one-off thing in November and no tour at all. :P

The gap between Fight For This Love/3 Words and Promise This/The Flood was 2 months so I don't expect the 2nd single to be released (released, not premiered) any earlier than late August. If there's a 3rd single from this album, it would coincide with Girls Aloud's "thing" in November, that's why I said I guess Cheryl will put her singles/tour on hold after the 2nd one unless the group's "thing" is just a performance or something stupid and not a single/album release.

Girls Aloud Reunion 'Coming Very Soon'Cheryl has promised supporters their plans will be revealed shortly...

Fans of Girls Aloud will be happy to hear that an announcement concerning their forthcoming reunion tour will happen "very soon", according to Cheryl Cole.

The Call My Name singer - who recently told Radio 1 that GA supporters should "watch out" for news on their comeback - has now teased their reunion further, insisting confirmation will happen in the near future.

When asked by Capital FM when the public will learn of their reunion plans, Chezza revealed it would be "very soon", while also confirming they have met up and discussed how to celebrate their tenth anniversary this November.

Cheryl explained: "We had lots of conversations and we drank lots of cups of tea and we all said we want to do something for our tenth birthday,"

In related news, Heat magazine claims that Cole will address Girls Aloud's hiatus in her rumoured autobiography, where she will apparently go into detail about the rumoured rift between the group and Nadine Coyle.

A source told the publication: "Since they're planning to reunite later in the year, Cheryl will do her best to dispel the reported tension in the band. It's not going to completely skirt around the fact that Nadine is not close to the rest of them.

"She's going to blow the lid off on what really happened and how the girls had huge arguments over who would sing lead vocals, what they would wear and who would take charge in interviews until she couldn't take it anymore."

That wasn't an autobiography. It was mainly just a book of pictures from 2009/10, mainly pictures to do with her career, and her providing some commentary about the pictures. Nothing at all about her personal life, deep thoughts or feelings.

So I imagine this is exactly what is currently happening. I am EXCITED!

Girls Aloud to release Children In Need single?

Girls Aloud will reportedly record this year's Children In Need song as their comeback single.

The girlband were approached to release the charity track after holding a secret meeting in London to discuss their reunion plans.

"The plan is to release it in November," a source told The Sun.

"It is looking like it will be an original song. Bosses think it will be the perfect comeback hit as well as helping a good cause."

The new single is reportedly part of the group's plan to celebrate their tenth anniversary at the end of the year. They are expected to tour in early 2013, while Kimberley Walsh has also teased a new album.

Girls Aloud previously recorded 'I'll Stand by You' in 2004 as the official Children In Need single.

An announcement regarding their comeback will be made "very soon", according to Cheryl Cole.
