What ANNOYED you today?
Re: What ANNOYED you today?
My sinuses are bothering me, and I can't find my NetiPot to irrigate the pollen out of my sinuses. I love the spring/summer, but not the allergies. Seriously the only drawback.

Karine, it's really ridiculous! I'm sorry you have to live through all that. P is going to Montreal in June and he's not looking forward to seeing any of that nonsense. Yeesh.

I hope it's gonna be over by then, specially since all the outdoors festival will kick off. If there are demonstration on top of that, it's gonna be madness.

Re: What ANNOYED you today?
Nobody turned up at the place we were meant to meet tonight at 10 pm.
Me and other two classmates from high school decided 5 years ago (when the last year was almost over) that we'd meet in front of the school on May 27 2012. And I was the only one who stood by what had been said in 2007.
It wasn't just a night out, it was some kind of pact that had been made years ago, when we were still classmates; something that was meant to revive our bond and celebrate the good old times, which were the best of our lives, on that we can all agree. They all say how nostalgic they feel when it comes to high school memories, but I believe that I'm the one who cherishes those moments the most.

Re: What ANNOYED you today?
One of my Aunts' is causing a LOT of drama between my Mom and her siblings, and somehow is getting my Grandmother involved. My Grandmother is trying to grieve, but my Aunt won't give her a single minute alone to collect her thoughts and whatnot. It's making my Grandma angry and acting out toward my Mom and other Aunt. I understand there's no wrong way to grieve, but it's really hurting my mom.
I guess my Mom's cousin wanted to have a SERMON at my Grandpere's service. Both my Mom, Aunt and her other siblings decided a sermon was not a good place to have at a funeral. Specifically my Grandpere's. But my Aunt (the one causing the drama) went ahead and booked the church and hall for after the funeral at their cousin's church. Somehow my Aunt convinced my Grandma that this was the best idea, and no other idea would be a good one. One day my Mom, Uncle, and the Aunt causing the drama were out on my Grandparent's porch talking after my Grandpere died, and my Mom and Uncle agreed that they didn't want the service to take place at their cousin's church, and him giving the sermon because he's a phony Christian. Well, my Aunt went back and told my Grandma this, and my Grandma called my mom up and reamed her. And I guess that my Aunt causing the drama was on the other extension the whole time that my Grandma was reaming my Mom (she did it to my other Aunt too). So now my mom is not only upset with my Aunt, but my Grandma too.
This is just all a bunch of bullshit. If my Grandfather were still alive, he'd be SO ashamed of how this family is acting. Hell, I'm embarrassed at the way they are acting (sans my Mom and other Aunt). I hope after all this is said and done, that everything settles down and they can be civil. But with the way my Aunt is acting, I highly doubt it. She's so fucking conniving.

The power went down and took the cool air with it, in this then-80F outside day.

Thanks, Ladies.
It's just so childish. I wish they'd stop!
*edit* My sister and I made a pact that when our parents go, we won't act like them. Which is pretty big considering how well my sister and I usually get along. lol

Had a bitch of a migraine earlier, so I took an excedrin, which helped momentarily, but later it started getting worse again. So I took another (this in itself is annoying because Excedrin is the only pain reliever I've ever found to work and it's been recalled, possibly discontinued, so I'm really rationing what I have left.) and because of it's high caffeine content, I am now COMPLETELY wired. I have to be up in 5 hours and it'll be at least another hour before I'm calm enough to sleep.

I had a an interesting echange on the Facebook wall with a friend of a friend and I accepted his friend request. I shouldn't have. He turned out to be the most annoying person always comenting on my status and sending me private message everyday "how are you doing". I guess someone's gonna be unfriended soon.

Excedrin is a combination of paracetamol (tylenol) with caffeine ans asprin. So maybe buy and take the 2 (tylenol with caffaine and asprine) togther? Be careful with aspirine, it's a bloodthinner.
Paracetamol is a pretty fucking powerful painkiller, people think too lightly of it. Did you know that taking 23 gramms (meaning 46 pills of 50mg) will in actual fact kill you?
It annoyed me today that i have strained a muscle in my groin and that there is no way i can go running today :-(

My stupid curiosity led me to be hurt. I believe I can be my wrost enemy sometimes.
And now I have a pounding migrane, 2 hours to work and I don't have my migrane meds with me. Migranes makes me sleepy, I just wanna go to bed.

I waited an hour at the dentist. They decided to change my apointement from 7:40 to 8:10. They called me at home, but I left dirrectly work for the dentist office. I was so pissed off, I got straight into the rush hour traffic to go back to my hometown where my dentist is. If I had known I would have left AFTER.

Re: What ANNOYED you today?
This is going to sound really petty, but it's something that grates me... I posted something about John Mayer being pissed that Taylor Swift writing "Dear John" about him, and he called it "cheap songwriting". And I agreed that she was a cheap songwriter, not that she publicly outed him. I also compared her songwriting skills to Adele's, because they are the same age and they write about the same thing (heartbreak, at least "21"), and that GENRE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A SONGWRITING PROCESS. Ugh.
I get that people don't like John Mayer because of things he's said, but that doesn't make him a bad song artist. In fact, I think he's great. I've been a fan of his since 1998. I can get over the fact that he's said shitty things about people (of which he apologized for, PUBLICLY).
You can't just dispute good music.

Well everyone has the right to feel what they want. I just don't care for the guy, and his music isn't what people make it out to be. That's just me.

Yeah it is. He was too good to be true, he was the "perfect" man with everything I wanted, specially, the desire not to have kids (pretty rare, most of them would like to have "mini-them"). I just hope I can fine someone else like that...

Thanks Meg.
Some of my "friends" keep suggesting I lower my standard
I did that for 9 years and it just left me with anger and regrets. I mean I don't want kids cause of my medical situation, I can't change that, the guy needs to understand, it's a minimum. I don't want to be with a jerk that will cheat or dump me when it gets tough. I hate people that judge me "picky". If I was a hot, healthy and sporty girl, people wouldn't tell me that for sure, because of what I am, I should setle for whoever wants me.[/rant]
